Cancellations

Because every cover and mat is custom cut and put into production immediately after your order is placed, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order is submitted.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return window, starting from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number to begin the return process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Non-Returnable Situations

Items that show signs of use, installation, or damage not caused by us are not eligible for a refund.
