How does ordering work?
Find your vehicle's brand collection, choose Indoor or Outdoor, and select your color. Before adding to cart, enter your car's exact make, model, and year in the field provided — this is required so we can cut your cover to the correct fit.
I don't see my exact car model listed. Can you still make a cover for it?
Yes. Our collections are organized by brand, and every cover is custom cut based on the exact vehicle details you enter at checkout — so as long as your car's brand has a listing, we can make a cover for your specific model and year.
What if my cover doesn't fit?
We stand behind our Custom Fit Guarantee. If your cover doesn't fit correctly, just send us 3 photos from different angles showing the issue, along with your order number. Our production team will review them, and if a fit issue is confirmed, we'll remake your cover with the correct measurements and ship it to you at no extra cost — you don't even need to send the original back.
Production & Shipping
How long does production and shipping take?
Every cover is made to order. Production and delivery combined typically take 4–6 business days. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Fit & Sizing
How accurate is the fit?
Every cover is cut to your vehicle's exact make, model, and year — not a generic universal shape. Providing accurate vehicle details when ordering is essential to getting the right fit.
What if I'm not sure about my car's exact trim or chassis code?
Include as much detail as you have — make, model, and year is the minimum we need. If you know your trim or chassis code, adding it helps us fine-tune the fit even further.
Colors & Customization
What colors are available?
Our covers come in five colors: Black, Grey, Blue, Red, and Green.
Is the logo included?
Yes. Every cover includes your vehicle's printed logo at no additional cost — it's included by default with every order.
Do you include a storage bag?
Yes, every cover comes with a matching fabric storage bag included at no extra cost.
Indoor vs. Outdoor
What's the difference between Indoor and Outdoor covers?
Indoor covers use a soft, breathable fabric designed to protect your car's finish from dust while it's stored in a garage. Outdoor covers are built to handle exposure to the elements when your car is parked outside.
Care
How do I wash my cover?
Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water. Air dry or tumble dry on low heat. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
Returns & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Because every cover is custom cut and put into production immediately after your order is placed, we're unable to accept cancellations once an order is submitted.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window, starting from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
What if my cover arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match what I ordered?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
